Bill Slach

Bill Slach has been a member of Kitsap Credit Union for nearly 40 years, and a volunteer for over 25 years. He retired in 2002 from Puget Sound Naval Shipyard as the Head of the Nuclear Job Planning Branch.
Bill began serving Kitsap Credit Union members on the Supervisory Committee in the 1980’s. After election to the Board of Directors, he eventually served as Chair from 1996-1999. Bill has also served on each of the standing committees. He attends national and state conferences, has completed the Volunteer Achievement Program, participated in annual strategic planning sessions besides various committees.
Bill's outside interests include volunteering with the Kitsap County Historical Society and participating in Toastmasters. Bill and his wife, Chris, reside in South Kitsap.
