When you log into your accounts through online banking, you will be asked to change your username to something other than your account number. You will also be asked to update your security question with a “one time access code.” We’ve provided helpful information below about this process and FAQs

You may register multiple computers. However, be mindful that registering a computer that is shared with people you do not know, such as at libraries, hotels, or airports, is equivalent to lending your ATM or Debit card and PIN to a stranger. You should only register personal devices.

Below are the steps to receive your one-time access code and register your personal device:

Step 1

If you registered your computer and did not answer your security question, when logging in, then you can skip this step. If your computer was not registered and you had to answer your security question then select "click here" under "QA Having Trouble?". You will be prompted to answer your security question before proceeding to EMFA setup.
