A VISA Debit Card is a plastic payment card that provides account access, anywhere VISA is accepted. Not to be confused with a credit card, Debit Cards allow members to complete transactions in person, over the phone, or online without writing a check or carrying cash. Debit Cards can also provide members access to their accounts for transfers, balance inquiries or cash withdrawals through Automatic Teller Machines (ATM).
