Bill has served on the Kitsap Credit Union Supervisory Committee since July 2002.Bill is a civil service retiree from the Department of the Navy, Fleet Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound. His professional career covered over 30 years of service working in the inventory management field. His last three positions were Department Deputy Director positions concerned with determining departmental policy, plans, procedures, goals, and manning and budgetary requirements.
Bill is currently active in the Kitsap County Retired Senior Volunteer Program, donating volunteer time to many non-profit programs throughout the county. He is also the Secretary for the Kitsap County Retired Senior Volunteer Program Advisory Council.
Bill is a native of Bremerton and graduated from West High School in 1960. He and his wife Lynn reside in Bremerton and love to travel.
